Load & Capacity Details

PeriodDate rangeLoad (h)Available (h)Load %Remaining (h)Overloaded work centers

Both charts, period tables and order details use the same active Department, Work Center, FG, Product group, Status and First Date filters. Capacity is shared physical capacity, not reserved for the filtered orders. Undated orders remain in order details but are excluded from period charts. Load is grouped by the First Date in Excel, not by a confirmed production schedule. Aggregate capacity is not transferable between work centers; review per-center overloads.

Available/day = Machines × Hours/day × Efficiency · Available/month = Available/day × Days/month · Load is not transferred between work centers
