Load & Capacity Details

PeriodDate rangeLoad (h)Available (h)Load %Remaining (h)Overloaded work centers

Both charts, period tables and order details use the same active Department, Work Center, FG, Product group, Status and First Date filters. Capacity uses the allocated product pool selected by Product group and is shared within that pool, including across FG codes. Undated orders remain in order details but are excluded from period charts. Load is grouped by the First Date in Excel, not by a confirmed production schedule. Capacity is not transferable between work centers or allocated product pools. AS and Medical share their allocated pool; review individual pool overloads even when total load fits.
